FOCUS ON A COLOR CIRCLE AND VISUALIZE THAT EACH OF THE COLOR DOTS REPRESENTS A COMPASSIONATE SOUL WHOSE LOVING ENERGY HAS CONNECTED WITH YOURS. 

NOW VISUALIZE THE WORLD BATHED IN A BEAUTIFUL RED LIGHT AND SAY THE FOLLOWING ALOUD:
